Kettlebells- One of the most effective and efficient strength, endurance and functional fitness methods, this class will guide you through a huge variety of exercises which can be used on their own or as part of your overall fitness strategy. They can be used in the gym, at home or outdoors. Kettlebells can be used by all and adapted to suit all levels of fitness and experience.
Stick Mobility- A modern approach to increasing your mobility, flexibility, strength, and range of motion. Utilising specially designed sticks you will guided through a challenging but controlled and rewarding workout. The perfect complement to your current workout plan and everyday life.
