A balancing Yoga Workshop delving into Yin and Yang yoga practices, pranayama (breathing) and deep relaxation. There will also be some Spring healthy living tips!
Seasonal yoga harmonises yoga practices with the energy of the season – as nature intended.
These practices will focus on the energy channels (meridians or nadis) of the liver and gall-bladder, embracing the rising energy of Spring; transition & growth. A Spring practice includes plenty of side bends and twists to refresh and energise the mind & body after the long Winter.
We’ll end our afternoon with a nourishing snack and hot drink to fortify us.
