Sue Watkins
Sue graduated from the College of Naturopathic Medicine in 2016 and is a qualified NLP Practitioner and Timeline Therapist.

The first appointment is all about understanding your health & wellbeing goals.
A confidential client history form is completed noting your family history, occupation(s) and lifestyle choices and the signing of consent forms. You may be asked to complete a food diary to help determine how your body reacts to foods.
In some instances recommendations you will be made for you to complete some functional testing or referred to your GP for blood tests. Full details of the process and cost will be covered during your consultation - the choice of how to proceed is entirely up to you.
Where beneficial, supplements to support your health goals will be recommended - they are used over specific time periods and be reviewed at each consultation.
A treatment plan will be discussed with you and where relevant a 30-45 minute follow up appointments arranged to monitor your progress. The number and frequency will depend upon your health goals.
Each consultation provides a safe and supportive space for you to discuss your health issues, have the time to talk and be heard. An individual nutritional plan is designed for you and where appropriate a referral will be made to other specialists to achieve your health goal.

We are all individual and can adapt to change in different ways. Typically, nutritional and lifestyle changes progress over a period of 10-12 weeks and so a treatment plan is generally worked over a three month period usually with at least 3 meetings, either face to face or by phone/Skype. Some cases take longer where there are multiple issues or symptoms have been presenting for a long time.
I work on a package price to take account of just how much support you will require.

Nutritional Therapy is recognised as a complementary medicine and is for individuals with chronic conditions as well as those looking for support to enhance their health and wellbeing.
Some people simply want to check that they are on the right track with regard to healthy eating. Others may want to lose weight or get help with their symptoms.
Nutrition and lifestyle approaches to healthcare have been shown to support the health of all the major systems of the body. Typical discussions in nutritional therapy consultations include support to achieve:
• optimum energy levels
• healthy blood sugar balance

• optimum digestive health
• tolerance to a broad range of food groups
