About Su

My passion is sharing all that I’ve learnt through yoga. I found it so beneficial in my life to be more self aware, be more calm and healthy – bringing my wellbeing to be as happy as it can be. I too want to help you and inspire you to be in your full potential of your own wellbeing.

Su's Treatment

Level: Beginner & Intermediate.
Slow flow allows you to become familiar with your own body, while moving, breathing, and stretching between poses - discovering your own personal limitations and learning how to move past the limitations of mind and body. The pace is slow, but challenges will be present. Poses can be refined and strengthened, without feeling rushed into the next move, next breath, or next pose.
