About Su

My passion is sharing all that I’ve learnt through yoga. I found it so beneficial in my life to be more self aware, be more calm and healthy – bringing my wellbeing to be as happy as it can be. I too want to help you and inspire you to be in your full potential of your own wellbeing.

Su's Treatment

Level: Beginner & Intermediate Yoga.
Slow flow allows you to become familiar with your own body, while moving, breathing, and stretching between poses - discovering your own personal limitations and learning how to move past the limitations of mind and body. The pace is slow, but challenges will be present. Poses can be refined and strengthened, without feeling rushed into the next move, next breath, or next pose.

Swiss Ball or Gym Ball fitness training is a system to help build core strength and stability used by top sports teams and physiotherapists.

In my Swiss Ball Pilates class, we'll focus on developing good overall muscle tone for your entire body as well as including Joseph Pilates' principles functional movement for everyday life. The numerous benefits ranges anywhere from rehabilitating back, hip, and knee injuries to delivering a powerful workout to improve core stability, posture, and muscle balance. Classes are lively, mixing an effective workout with some challenging balances and plenty of laughter.
