Having completed a diploma in professional dance at Northern Ireland Ballet School, Sarah worked in Ireland and in the UK and trained as a arial performer. In 2014 Sarah qualified as a group fitness instructor and spend three years gaining valuable experience in a wide range of fitness disciplines. In her teaching, Sarah pays attention to correct body alignment and posture to avoid injury and ensure that correct muscles are being used. Her positive upbeat approach helps with motivation and class enjoyment.
