Between 2000 and 2010 Rachel studied with Sarah Harris, who trained as a yoga teacher in India with Swami Hari Har Ji Mararaj.
She studied to become a yoga teacher with the Kevala Centre in Wales, and completed the course in Dec 2008. She has a Complementary Health Education Diploma in Yoga Teaching (with Distinction).
Rachel continues her studies, completing a Foundation course with the International School of Dru Yoga in 2013 and a Yin Yoga Teachers Intensive with Norman Blair in 2014.
Rachel enjoys exploring the many different approaches to yoga, and aims to bring that variety of experience to her teaching. Classes will include warm-ups, postures (asanas), flowing sequences, breathing (pranayama) and relaxation. Rachel sincerely believes that yoga will benefit everyone.

•you come non-aggressively to an appropriate edge
•postures are held with most muscles relaxed
•poses are held with steadiness – joints become still and soft
•Yin and Yang styles of yoga supplement each other
