I am a 23 year old qualified yoga instructor, my practice began whist I was at university, I had struggled for a while with back issues and my friend took me along to a class in my local gym. Yoga bought me ease in my spine as well as my mental outlook on life and balance. Yoga practice for me became part of my weekly routine, I have a real passion and love sharing with others. I have a particular interest in mindfulness and meditation – taking time for myself is one of my favourite hobbies.
Yoga gives space for creativity and relaxation, taking time for ourselves is extremely important in the hustle and bustle of today's society.
Classes are focused on self – awareness, breath and uniting Mind, Body and Spirit.

My style of yoga classes are relaxed, focusing on connecting the movements to the breath. Breathing is the key focus to class with movements secondary. I also focus on correct alignment in positions in order to get the full benefit of the stretch.
Every body is unique, therefore everybody's yoga practice is different and personal. I believe there is a yoga practice for everyone, whether you come to class to lay breathing in child's pose for an hour or practice a more physical practice every body and day is different.
There are so many benefits of yoga! Stress reduction, boost the immune system, reduce pain, flexibility, increase self esteem, mindfulness and positivity, just to mention a few!
