My love for surfing and the sea brought me to my yoga journey. I started as a way to improve my fitness and maintain flexibility and stayed for the incredible inner peace and joy it brought. I now teach to share this, with well over 1000 hours of classes taught and training attended I endeavor to create an environment that facilitates healing. The emphasis is on you to trust your instincts and honour yourself.
I believe my job as a yoga teacher is to hold the space for students to learn, grow and move as they need. To invite you to explore at your own pace as we learn together what this being human is all about
