This gentle yoga class is designed to introduce the basics for beginners, or refresh those who haven't practiced yoga for a while, in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
Learn relaxation and breathing exercises, yoga postures and correct alignment to relieve stress and physical tension, calm the mind, build strength, flexibility, balance and focus and aid better sleep.

I’ve loved practicing yoga for many years and have relied on it to navigate life’s highs and lows physically, mentally and emotionally - a busy, stressful job, commuting, pregnancy, motherhood and everything in between. Long working hours and travel delays made for rushed, frustrating journeys and arriving at classes feeling frazzled. But I was always guaranteed to leave my mat feeling relaxed and revitalized. Inspired to share the transformative benefits of yoga, I trained as a teacher whilst on maternity leave. Now I’m offering a drop in class when the working day is done and the kids are in bed (hopefully!).
