Pilates is a movement system that enables you to become aware of your body and how it works.
The sedentary lifestyles that we lead today, often result in bad posture and poor health.
Pilates aims to re-educate you to build a strong, flexible body and teaches you the skills and awareness to hold and move your posture in the best way possible.
The idea is not just to exercise, but to educate you to be able to understand what is asked of your posture and to give you tools so that you may achieve this.
The class is mat based and suitable for all abilities and ages from 16+

Wednesday Class £7.50 per class
or £37.50 for a block of 6 classes with Emma Lovelock

& intense class Monday's 12.45pm - 1.15pm
Wednesdays between 12:30 - 1:30pm
& Wednesdays between 1.45pm - 2.45pm
