Mother & Baby yoga are small group classes are primarily a friendly, relaxed, supportive space in which mothers (or other parent/carer) and babies can spend quality time together. Mums will learn gentle but effective postnatal yoga exercises. They will find a relaxed way of being with their baby and have a chance to meet and talk with other mums. For the babies there are rhymes and songs with gentle movements which can improve coordination and physical development, stimulate digestive processes and help with sleep problems. Mums and babies will also learn fun exercises they can do together. Every session includes a guided relaxation to leave mums and babies feeling calm and re-energised.
